Deep Trekker Underwater Video Camera - DTG2 Remote Control Submarine ROV

This package includes all components required to operate the DTG2 system. The center piece of the package is the DTG2 ROV. Powered by rechargeable batteries, this 19.2V system offers many advantages over the typical top side powered ROVs. A 50 m (160 ft) long, 5.0 mm (0.19") diameter tether links the ROV to a custom designed control pad shaped to resemble the ergonomically proven gaming pad. Fly this ROV through the eye of a 480 line color camera and view the world under water on a set of video glasses. The battery operated glasses give the operator the illusion of a 67" screen that is 2 m (6.5 ft) away. Another notable advantage is its invulnerability to the glare of the sun. Other choices for viewing include a portable battery powered LCD TV, or any viewing or recording system of your own. This DTG2 system does not need any shore power once the batteries are charged. The ROV can be deployed from any location including bridges, shorelines, docks, boats, poolside ETC. Applications include diving, fishing, recreation, treasure hunting, research, observation ETC.
